⚑ PENDING — Task-ownership redesign (Stephanie's files)
Needed from S2S to finish wiring the assignable queue: the staff owner roster (who can be assigned), the department → owner mapping, and how task ownership / handoff works across Stephanie's files (single owner vs. shared, reassignment rules, what happens on staff offboarding). Until defined, the Owner dropdowns above use a placeholder roster (Tyrell Johnson / Unassigned) and round-robin is a stub.

⚡ PENDING — Adjudication rules & auto-note send window
Needed from S2S to finish wiring this page. The structure ships; these values do not:
- ⚡ Send window Exact send time & days for the unexcused-absence auto-note (assumed 8:00am PT, daily — confirm).
- ⚡ Reason taxonomy Which absence reasons auto-excuse, which require review, which are always issued.
- ⚡ Late/partial rule Minutes-late / minutes-attended threshold that counts a session as an absence.
- ⚡ Make-up rule Per-county: is a make-up required, optional, or does it reset the absence count?

Hold Status Model (keep-spot vs release-spot)
Configured in County Rules →Client's seat is held in the class. No absences accrue on hold; the client resumes in the same group on release. No re-entry fee.
Seat is released back to capacity. On return the client re-enrolls into an available group — which can trigger the re-entry fee owned by County Rules (G4).
Auto-notify Client Success on clear
OnWhen a hold is cleared, Client Success is notified automatically so the client gets re-engaged on return. Toggle per-hold in the clear flow.
