Auto-issue a templated notice at each unexcused-absence count, with a one-tap reschedule deep-link for no-shows.
No-show reschedule deep-link
Every absence notice embeds {reschedule_link} opening the client's reschedule flow pre-filled to the missed session.
Send window ⚡ Confirm window
Hold auto-notices issued outside the window and release them once it opens, so no client gets a notice in the middle of the night.

Notification taxonomy — the DPO-notification driver
This registry is the source of truth for the automated DPO / social-worker notification set. Each agency-facing type below is one notice S2S auto-sends to the assigned probation officer; the Keep / Consolidate / Retire / Revise / New disposition is the Round 1 S2S decision for how it carries into V2. County-specific forks are being collapsed into County Rules rather than separate notification types.
| Notification Type | S2S Disposition | Future-state note | Template |
|---|
Disposition is the Round 1 S2S decision. "Consolidate" types are slated to merge into a single standardized notification; "Retire" types are dropped from V2 (county wording moves to County Rules; internal notes stop being agency-facing). The full text for the four compliance/victim-request emails is in the Compliance Template Library.
