V2 MVP covers: provider notes, document uploads, agency referrals, and basic client (client) data entry. Billing & advanced reporting remain in the staff/CCM portals for now.
⚑ Provider billing — planned (later tier). Provider-facing billing visibility + automation are roadmapped post-MVP, gated behind the future service-level tiers (see Tier Ladder note below). Not built in this release.
